Chapter 176 -
Texas Local Government Code
|
On January 1, 2006 Chapter 176 of the Local Government Code became effective. The Act, relating to disclose and availability of certain information created disclosure requirements for local government officers and persons who contract or seek to contract with local governmental officers and persons who contract or seek to contract with local governmental entities for sale, or purchase of property, goods, or services.
Conflict fo Interest Disclosure Statements and/or Conflict of Interest Questionnaires now must be filed with the Redevelopment Authority.
